Itz a Weekend, you gotta smile!!
Funny story for this weekend:

"A guy breaks into a house to look for money and guns and finds a young couple in bed. He orders the guy out of bed and ties him to a chair, while tying the girl to the bed he gets on top of her, kisses her neck, then gets up and goes into the bathroom. While he's in there, the husband tells his wife: "Listen, this guy's an escaped convict, look at his clothes! He probably spent lots of time in jail and hasn't seen a woman in years. I saw how he kissed your neck. If he wants sex, don't resist, don't complain, do whatever he tells you. Satisfy him no matter how much he nauseates you. This guy is probably very dangerous. If he gets angry, he'll kill us. Be strong, honey. I love you." To which his wife responds: "He wasn't kissing my neck. He was whispering in my ear. He told me he was gay, thought you were cute, and asked me if we had any Vaseline. I told him it was in the bathroom. Be strong honey. I love you too!!"

Tatizo Letu Sisi Wabongo:

Itz time to stand up, sio kuchukua silaha( ukifika muda wake..why not), bali kuongea, kutoa maoni yako, kutoa sauti yako ili isikike.

Wakati ndio huu, Kwanini wabongo tulipe umeme ghali kusini mwa bara la afrika wakati si ni maskini wa kutupwa?..Kwanini hatuwezi kuwa na umeme bila matatizo after more than 40 years of independence? ..Simama toa dukuduku lako, maoni yako......itaendelea ( Lugha ni E hapa jongea nami.)

Whats next then? Kutotembea mchana nyakati za kazi?

There will be no more playing of the immensely popular pool games in pubs during working hours because the activity was fueling crime, the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Said Mwema said in Dar es Salaam yesterday. In a statement signed by Police Force spokesperson Esaka Mugasa the IGP banned pool games in all bars throughout the country ’to curb possible causes of criminal activities.’ Mugasa directed all bar owners to enforce the ban or else face the long arm of the law. ”It has been established that playing pool game is associated with criminal activities- some players use the game as platform for planning criminal activities,” he said. Police investigations have revealed how criminal gangs use the activity to camouflage their planning of crime, he said. According to article 14 of the 2002 Act on alcoholic drinks, such games should not be played during working hours . ”This directive must be obeyed. We will follow up on its implementation throughout the country,” he said. He also said the IGP has directed all regional police commanders to supervise closely implementation of that directive. This directive must be implemented immediately and bar owners found to contravene it should be taken to task, the IGP said. He appealed to the general public to furnish the police with correct information on crime suspects.

Again, Viongozi wetu still dont know how to be creative kupambana na matatizo..sa kuzuia pools games kwenye mabaa itasaidia nini? This is a joke from IGP.....jamaa wana kazi nzito kule sinza peke yake..manake kila hatua mitano bar na pool table hipo!!!

Watch out Guys, here they come!!

Immigrations officers started to crack down on illegal immigrants here in ohio. Last week Operation Return to Sender got underway in Ohio, agents fanned out across the state in search of 220 fugitive aliens. One alien a 32-year-old Mauritanian man ordered out of the country in 2000, was enjoying the World Cup match between Italy and France one minute, and scrambling to explain his immigration status the next. "I don't have all these things!" he protested when Pilat asked for his passport. As his tearful wife, a naturalized citizen, cradled the couple's 2-year-old American-born son, the man was hustled out of the family's apartment and into a van. Marc Raimondi, a DHS spokesman, knows stories like this one can make the department seem hardhearted. "But if he had left the country when he was supposed to," he says, "he wouldn't even have that kid."(msnbc.com)
The Ohio effort succeeded in rounding up at least some of them. Between July 9 and July 14, Operation Return to Sender made 154 arrests of illegal immigrants from 30 countries. But 86 of them were so-called collaterals—people other than the ones the agents were looking for. Nationwide, ICE says, it has arrested 33,343 fugitive aliens since the program started in 2003. Of them, they say, more than 20,000 had criminal records.

Watch your back guys, dont do stupid things!!

Nafikiri ile idea ya kajumulo kununua timu na kuiendesha kama kampuni was a good idea lakini wabongo wakamuona "too corky"! mpaka leo hii timu kubwa kama simba na yanga hawawalipi wachezaji wao mshahara on time? wenyeviti na makatibu bado wale ambao hawajaenda shule so they have no plans or any effective way of managing the teams. Tuna uwezo wa kuweka budget kubwa kwa wilaya ambayo maendeleo yake hayaonekani , tunashindwa kuweka budget ya maan kwa michezo?..Kama nilivyosema , the change need to start from the top..Viongozi hao wa chama cha mpira waondolewe..tunahitaji vijana wenye muelekeo, mawazo, mikakati, na wasio tegemea chama kuilisha familia yake! Kwanini tunashindwa?.. I need contacts za viongozi wa FAT..
Mara ya mwisho kuwa kwneye mashindano makubwa ni 1980..kuna more than millions of Tanzania, hawajashughudia tanzania kucheza meaningful matches..Kama tukishindwa 2008(Afrikacan cup of nations), tunaweza kuzeeka bila kuoiona Tanzania tena kwenye ngazi za juu za kandanda. Tufanye nini?...

Canadian firm pose to take over the management of TTCL:

This is unbelievable, the country's only fixed-line operator(TTCL) is about to be handed over to foreigners. Us as a country,we cant manage TTCL effectively. The Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Infrastructure Development responsible for communications ( Mau Daftari) said the long-time crisis surrounding management issues at TTCL had led to the need for an independent management team of experts. Haya sasa, we dont have experts to run TTCL? tumepata uhuru more than 30 years, all those years , we dont have experts to run TTCL?
Also, hawa jamaa wameshindwa ku-upgrade the TTCL infrastructure walipopewa tenda hiyo?
How many firms TTCL inahitaji mpaka iwe successful?..wamepita wanahollanzi, wagermani still TTCL iko nyuma kimapato na kiutendaji zaidi ya cell phone providers wa bongoamabo wanatumia mitambo ya TTCL?
Whats wrong with the system? whats wrong here?..
