Canadian firm pose to take over the management of TTCL:

This is unbelievable, the country's only fixed-line operator(TTCL) is about to be handed over to foreigners. Us as a country,we cant manage TTCL effectively. The Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Infrastructure Development responsible for communications ( Mau Daftari) said the long-time crisis surrounding management issues at TTCL had led to the need for an independent management team of experts. Haya sasa, we dont have experts to run TTCL? tumepata uhuru more than 30 years, all those years , we dont have experts to run TTCL?
Also, hawa jamaa wameshindwa ku-upgrade the TTCL infrastructure walipopewa tenda hiyo?
How many firms TTCL inahitaji mpaka iwe successful?..wamepita wanahollanzi, wagermani still TTCL iko nyuma kimapato na kiutendaji zaidi ya cell phone providers wa bongoamabo wanatumia mitambo ya TTCL?
Whats wrong with the system? whats wrong here?..

I think it all falls under good governance the country is lacking. If you sponsor your child for further education wouldn't it be gratefull if that kid works for you. If the government did provide sponsorship for some top officials kids for higher education then why not reach out to them and have take these jobs.I think the government needs to recover her money by having these kids work for them or pay for the money that paid for their higher education. It is about time for governemt crack down and bring those it sponsored back to the country and work for them.

I stay opinionated
