Today News:
Out of 44 states responded to USA Today survey, 12 ( some are utah, texas, wisconsin) say they review such evidence during the parole hearings.
While this is popular to prosecutors because it keeps the criminals out of the streets, it causes questions on fairness of the inmates. During the parole board meetings, the inmates are not allowed to have their lawyers present so how they dispute the new evidence?
Donte get me wrong , i do like to see justice but also i want to see fairness of the defendants.
One more reasons not to think that you will get away with crime in USA!!!
