" Happy wife makes happy husband"

This guy is 70 years old and had been married since 16 so he'been wed to the same woman for alomost 60 years. He and his wife still holding hands and love each other very much. When he was asked what the secret of staying married for long time. He said " son, its very simple. I'm going to give you some very profound advice.

" Before we got married ( he said), my wife came to me and said" look you are my husband and you are the man of the house so if there is any big decision tobe made, you will make it and i will support you 100%. We have a partneship and you are in charge with that area and i am the woman of the house so , if there is any small/little decisions i will make them and you will stock with me 100%"

"son after 60 years old, there hasnt been one big decisions to make yet"

My point is that: there is no equal partnership.

Today News:

Out of 44 states responded to USA Today survey, 12 ( some are utah, texas, wisconsin) say they review such evidence during the parole hearings.

While this is popular to prosecutors because it keeps the criminals out of the streets, it causes questions on fairness of the inmates. During the parole board meetings, the inmates are not allowed to have their lawyers present so how they dispute the new evidence?

Donte get me wrong , i do like to see justice but also i want to see fairness of the defendants.
One more reasons not to think that you will get away with crime in USA!!!

Big News of Today:

The news of the day is that the President has signed into law the stimulus package, sending out $600+ to each tax payer in the United States. Some people say it is a waste as they predict recipients of these checks will just simply deposit them into their checking accounts. Well isn’t that a good thing?

For my opinion, its a good thing and extra money in my account. Probably, i will use it for my trip to canada this yeah. what would you do for your check?
I wonder, when that time will be when our government will be able to do the same in times of crisis..in like 200 years not a bad guess.
What we Learned the past two weeks:

This past week and a half, i have learned some things that i am happy to share with my fellow tanzanians about our country:
(i) The government as a whole division is still very corrupted
(ii) We still dont have leaders that have intergrity and " characters of old school"
(iii) As Tanzanians, we have to open our eyes wide open in regards to the services of our government.
(iv) our leaders are still not political matured.
(v) political justice is the new term in Tanzania.

"we have the long way to go"
